Breaking News!

The USDA recently announced an extension of a waiver allowing for the Seamless Summer Option (SSO) program to be extended through the 2020-21 School Year.  This waiver will allow the Ray-Pec Child Nutrition Department to provide completely FREE breakfast and lunch meals to all children up to age 18 residing within the district.

Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 8, Child Nutrition will transition to the SSO program and all breakfast and lunch meals served to students will be at no charge. This will continue through the end of the school year. The waiver does not affect the cost of meals served from Aug. 24 to Sept. 4, which were charged at the free, reduced, or full-price rate.

Families are still encouraged to complete the 2020-21 Free and Reduced Meal Application, as other district fees can be waived based on a student's meal account status.  If there has been a change in your household income, you are highly encouraged to complete the Free & Reduced Meal application, which can be done online at: Free & Reduced App.
