Pre-Payment Options

Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat and relax with friends. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get misplaced, lost, or used for things other than lunch.

 Easier Online Payments

There is a new and easier way to make your students' meal payments online!  The Raymore-Peculiar School District's Web Store has been updated to provide a more streamlined way to pay for meals along with paying required and optional student fees.

Paying through the Web Store:

  • Empowers you to save time by logging into ONE district website
  • Eliminates the need to send cash or checks to school with your student
  • Allows for one stop in order to put money on all your students' meal accounts
  • And no transaction fee! 


Online Payments

Click here for:  WEB STORE ACCESS or use the online payments button above

  • Select the "Meal Payments" button
  • Select "Student School Meal Payments"
  • Log in to the Web Store with SIS login and password.  If a first time user, click "create a new account"
  • Enter the amount of payment, student last name and PIN, press enter
    • Student PIN is the number your student enters on the keypad when making a purchase.  Contact Child Nutrition at rpchildnutrition@raypec.org if student PIN is needed
  • Click "Add to Cart"
  • Repeat for additional students
  • When all payments are in shopping cart, click "Checkout"
  • Enter payment method and information
  • Click "place order"
  • Your payment will be processed.  A receipt will be emailed to the address provided.  A copy of the receipt can be viewed and printed as well.
  • Log out 

In addition to personal checks, the Web Store also accepts debit and credit cards from Discover, MasterCard and Visa for your convenience.  And again, with no transaction fee.

Account payments are loaded on to student accounts twice per day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.  Student Meal Account balances will not reflect payment until this manual process has occurred.

 

Current Student Meal Account Balance

You can check the balance in your student's meal account at ANYTIME by visiting the online payment webpage.  

  • Click:  WEB STORE ACCESS
  • Select the "Meal Payments" button
  • Select "Student School Meal Payments"
  • Log in to the Web Store with SIS login and password.  If a first time user, click "create a new account"
  • Enter student last name and PIN, press enter or select student's name from drop down box
    • Student PIN is the number your student enters on the keypad when making a purchase.  Contact Child Nutrition at rpchildnutrition@raypec.org if student PIN is needed

Cash or Check

We will, of course, take cash or check payment at your student's school.  When sending money to school, please place in an envelope with the student's name clearly listed.  This will ensure it gets credited correctly to their account.

 

School Messenger

School Messenger is the automated system Child Nutrition uses that sends low balance phone calls and e-mails. 

  • Low balance calls and e-mails are sent when an account reaches a positive $5.00 balance or less ($5.00 - $0.01). 
  • Negative balance calls and e-mails are sent when an account reaches negative $0.01 or on.  (-$0.01- >-$0.01) 
  • Calls and e-mails are NOT sent for accounts exactly at a zero balance as many accounts, particularly those partaking in our free lunch program, are intentionally always at a zero balance.

Calls or e-mails may be opt'ed out at anytime by e-mailing rpchildnutrition@raypec.orgPlease provide the Guardian Name and phone number or e-mail you'd like removed from the listserv.  You can choose to discontinue calls and still receive e-mails or discontinue e-mails and still get calls.  However, the decision is by Guardian Name and will affect all notifications of any students linked to that guardian's name.

Send Check or Cash

You can always bring money personally or send it with your student. Please place it in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name, their ID #, their teacher's name, the $ amount and the check #. Turn in prepaid deposits to the cafeteria cashier(s) or school office.

If you choose to bring money to school personally or send it with your student, please put it in an envelope clearly marked with the student's first and last name, their ID #, their teacher's name, and the amount enclosed.
